Travel & Logistics
Because most events require travel, all packages include the first 150 miles roundtrip. Beyond that, the following apply:
- Mileage: $0.75/mile
- Rental Car: billed at actual cost + gas
- Airfare: billed at cost + $150 travel day rate
- Overnight Stays: lodging + $75/day per diem
